Your 谷歌 Workspace (FAU Owl Apps) storage is shared across 谷歌驱动, Gmail, 谷歌图片, 以及其他谷歌应用程序. When your account reaches its storage limit, you will not be able to create or store new 文件 and those with Owl Mail (Gmail) will be unable to send or receive emails. If you remain over quota, your 谷歌 Workspace account will be suspended.

Previous 学生 that did not graduate are not entitled to their FAU Owl Apps account (Gmail, 谷歌驱动, 等.) and will permanently lose access by the end of the year. Please take action immediately to move your data to a personal account.
The mover and google takeout tools are unable to move shared drives. You can download the 文件 and manually move using 桌面版谷歌驱动 和 OneDrive应用 在KU体育桌面上. If you have a very large amount of data and need help moving your data, please contact your IT support for assistance.
