Audiovisual Services
The Office of 信息rmation Technology provides a variety of audiovisual equipment at the different FAU campuses for supporting university's events. Please, be aware that the equipment available is campus specific.
Please notice that if the equipment is loan to a user for an event, the user is responsible for the proper care the equipment. If the equipment is damaged, the user may be held liable for replacement or repair of the equipment. If you experience a problem, please contact us and we will dispatch a tech to assist with the problem as soon as possible.

For other than direct classroom support, there will be fees associated with the use of audiovisual equipment, and for IT support. Student organizations and clubs, special events, and non-FAU groups or individuals will be charged a fee for use of audiovisual equipment.
When making a request for use by a student organization/club, the appropriate advisor must provide an account number.
